HYDRO JETTING / WATER JETTING
The Most Thorough Drain Cleaning Available
Hydro jetting — also called water jetting or high-pressure drain cleaning —
uses a specialized nozzle and a powerful pump to send water at pressures up to
4,000 PSI through your drain or sewer line. Unlike a cable machine, which simply
pokes a hole through a blockage, hydro jetting scours the entire interior of the
pipe — removing grease coating, mineral scale, soft root material, and debris from
the pipe walls, not just the center.
Hydro jetting is especially effective for grease-heavy blockages in kitchen drain
lines (residential and commercial), main sewer lines with significant root intrusion,
and older pipes that have accumulated years of scale buildup. The results last
significantly longer than mechanical rodding because the pipe walls are left clean —
not just a channel opened through accumulated material.
We always perform a camera inspection before hydro jetting older or unknown sewer
lines — high-pressure water can worsen damage in already-failing pipe. If your
line is a good candidate for hydro jetting, we'll recommend it. If it needs repair
first, we'll tell you that honestly.
